Dennis Vitalyevich Borisov - Chief Executive Officer
Dennis is a seasoned entrepreneur who has immigrated from Russia at the young age of 12. Founding his first company while still in High School and continuing to start and lead companies up to this point in his professional career. Spending over a decade in the media world creating and leading national production house. Earlier in his career he founded Day Zero Records, “Top 40 On The Rocks Radio”, Nfinity Talent Management and Price Choppers International. Besides his love and passion for the media space, his second professional love is financial markets. Spending portion of his professional career consulting in the cryptocurrency markets and developing highly popular trading algorithms Dennis is licensed in the financial markets. After spending half a decade being a top broker for several highly respected financial companies Dennis decided to disrupt the financial markets and lending industries by launching Sputnik Capital. Dennis strongly believes that every business or individual or business should have white-glove approach to solving problems and not take cookie-cutter approach. Core principal for Dennis and Sputnik Capital is to create custom approach with every deal that comes across his table, no matter if it is $5,000 or $5,000,000 while building impactful and long-lasting relationships with his clients. Besides striving to provide best working relationships with his clients, his ultimate goal is to provide working opportunities for talented individuals from United States to Brazil and beyond.

Stanislav is a highly experienced health coach, who has built a strong, global network of high-net-worth clients by consistently delivering results and building trust. With a background in IT project management and business development, he specializes in bringing the right people to the table and creating valuable opportunities. Having worked with individuals and organizations in various countries, he thrives on building relationships and improving connections across diverse industries and cultures.
Farid Khaidarov - Chief Legal Officer
Farid Khaidarov began his career as a senior legal adviser at Polymetal International, plc, where he excelled in drafting legal memoranda, representing the company in Russian state courts, and handling international commercial arbitration disputes. Farid also managed a significant real estate transaction worth over $15 million.Farid has represented clients in complex legal matters, consistently delivering strategic and effective outcomes.
After relocating to the United States, Farid transitioned into the healthcare industry, where he has been working in healthcare management company.
Farid’s diverse professional background allows him to bring a unique perspective to operations, compliance, and client relations.
Raphaël Serfaty - Chief Technology Officer
Raphaël Serfaty is a seasoned software implementation consultant with over 15 years of international experience across France, Belgium, the UK, and the US. He specializes in deploying ERP and rental management solutions, with a focus on tailoring systems to meet complex client needs. His career spans roles in banking, telecom, and equipment rental, where he has led end-to-end software implementations, managed data integrations, written custom accounting export scripts, and provided extensive client training and support. Known for his technical fluency in SQL and business-focused mindset, Raphaël bridges the gap between software functionality and real-world operations to deliver lasting value
